Job Description

Description Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced CNC Machinists for projects located in the Auburn, WA area . This is a third shift opportunity, and the pay rate is $36-39/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:
Operate CNC mills and lathes in a precision aerospace manufacturing environment Set up and run CNC machining equipment for production work Write, edit, and modify CNC programs as needed Troubleshoot machining, tooling, programming, and dimensional issues Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, GD&T, and machining specifications Inspect raw materials and verify material identification and requirements Perform in-process and final quality inspections using appropriate measuring equipment Work with horizontal and vertical machining centers Support multi-pallet and repeat-production machining operations Set and maintain tool offsets, work offsets, and machine parameters Utilize probing systems and G10 offsets where applicable Follow setup sheets, standardized tooling requirements, dedicated fixtures, and approved tool packages Identify opportunities to improve machining processes while maintaining quality and repeatability Maintain accurate production and inspection documentation Follow all company safety, quality, security, and controlled-work-environment requirements Requirements Strong CNC machining background with experience operating mills and lathes Experience with horizontal and/or vertical machining centers Experience with multi-pallet or production machining is highly desirable Ability to write, edit, and troubleshoot CNC programs Strong blueprint and engineering drawing interpretation skills Ability to perform accurate dimensional inspections Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities Previous aerospace manufacturing experience required Familiarity with AS9100 and
ISO 9001
