RETENTION BONUS Qualifications:
  • 1-4 year of Machining Experience Required
  • 3, 4 & 5-Axis CNC Milling or CNC Turning Experience Required
  • Ability to do shop math proficiently
  • Mastercam & CAM Works Experience is preferred
  • Experience with HAAS machine is helpful
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints and assembly drawings is required
  • Ability to proof new programs on machine in a timely fashion
  • Programming experience is helpful but not a deal breaker
  • Able to work on your own or in a team and have problem solving skills
  • Possess a keen sense of attention to detail
  • Process effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to produce quality work with high tolerances parts
  • Ability to determine material types
  • Ability to operate overhead cranes, and various shop tools
  • Ability to regularly lift and/ or move up to 30 lbs, frequently lift and/ or move up to 50lbs
  • Have your own tools
Duties:
  • CNC Programming
  • CNC Setup (3, 4 & 5 axis mills, pallet changer)
  • CNC operations and maintenance
  • Verification of Materials & Components by Inspection Against Prints
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Maintain safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations
  • Must perform all duties in conjunction with OSHA and WISHA requirements
  • Follow written and verbal details to complete assignments or jobs
  • Operate forklift and overhead cranes
  • Keep a clean and safe work environment
  • Communicate to management about machinery and quality issues as they arise
