Monday - Friday | 3:15 PM - 11:45 PM

THIS IS A DUAL-ROLE POSITION

We are looking for someone who can set up and operate CNC mills and lathes while also taking ownership of quality on the night shift. The ideal candidate will be comfortable: Setting up and operating CNC lathes and mills Reading and interpreting blueprints Using precision measuring and inspection equipment Performing first-piece and in-process inspections Identifying quality issues and making appropriate adjustments Documenting inspection results and maintaining quality records Monitoring parts for conformance throughout the shift Working independently and making sound quality decisions Taking pride in producing quality parts, not just making parts

WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO

Knows how to machine it — and knows how to inspect it. You should have hands-on CNC machining experience along with a strong understanding of quality requirements and inspection practices. This is an important position on our night shift, and we're looking for someone who takes ownership, pays attention to detail, and cares about doing the job right the first time.
