Job Description

Job Summary A precision manufacturing company is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist/Programmer to join its high-performance machining team. This hands-on role involves programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines (primarily Haas lathes and mills) to produce parts for aerospace, automotive, and energy applications. Responsibilities Create and optimize CNC programs using Mastercam (Fanuc language) Read and interpret CAD models and blueprints Select proper tools, feeds, speeds, and machining sequences Perform machine setup and operate CNC equipment (Haas, Hyundai) Conduct simulations and test runs to validate code Inspect and adjust parts to meet tight tolerances and quality standards Collaborate with engineers, machinists, and quality control staff Qualifications High school diploma or GED required CNC certificate or associate degree preferred 3+ years of experience programming and operating CNC machines Proficiency with Mastercam required Experience with SolidWorks or ProE is a plus Familiarity with 4-axis machining and Yasnak controllers is beneficial Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check Must comply with U.S. Export Control regulations (ITAR) Benefits 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Referral program Vision insurance
