This role is ideal for individuals with hands-on machining experience who are eager to expand their skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You'll work with top‑of‑the‑line CNC machinery, raw materials, laminates, and other specialty materials to produce high‑quality cabinetry components that exceed expectations. What You'll Do Feed material into the saw to accurately cut custom cabinet components. Clean and maintain your machine and work area to ensure safety, efficiency, and cutting quality. Inspect for quality, identifying any defects or issues and determining appropriate corrective actions. Meet daily and weekly production goals while maintaining strict quality standards. Collaborate with team members across your department to support production flow and improve overall quality and efficiency. Share ideas for improving processes and outcomes—we value technicians who think critically and take ownership. What You Bring Prior saw operation or CNC machining experience, ideally in cabinetry, wood products, or custom furniture, is a plus. However, your eagerness to learn and strong work ethic are what truly matter. We're committed to providing comprehensive training for the right candidate. Ability to recognize and address common cutting issues to ensure accurate and clean cuts. Able to safely lift up to 50 pounds alone; lifts over 50 pounds require team assistance. Comfortable reading production schedules, job cards, and computer interfaces. A good eye for detail, strong work ethic, and a team-first attitude.
