Ideal candidate will have experience with horizontal 4th and 5th axis CNC + complex set-ups. CNC Machinist (Mill / Lathe)

Shift:

Days We are seeking experienced CNC Machinists to join our manufacturing team. These role will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC mill and lathe machines to produce high-precision parts while maintaining quality, efficiency, and safety standards. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced machining environment and take pride in producing high-quality components, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC Mill and CNC Lathe machines (3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis where applicable).
• Perform machine setups, adjustments, and tool changes.
• Machine parts to required specifications with high accuracy and efficiency.
• Monitor production runs to ensure consistent quality and output.
• Conduct in-process inspections using precision measuring tools.
• Collaborate with programming, tooling, and production teams to improve processes.
• Assist with fixturing and tooling preparation for work orders.
• Maintain accurate setup sheets and production documentation.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe. Qualifications
• 2+ years of CNC machining experience in a manufacturing or machine shop environment.
• Experience with CNC mill and/or CNC lathe setup and operation.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Experience with precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
• Basic CNC programming knowledge (MasterCAM or similar) is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Work Environment
• Manufacturing / machine shop setting.
• Standing or sitting for extended periods may be required.
