Pay:
Earn $100,000+ Annually (Base pay, overtime opportunities, travel per diem, and performance-based earning potential)
Schedule:
Full-Time | Travel throughout the U.S. and internationally, including occasional weekends

What You'll Do:
Perform precision field machining in industrial environments across North America and internationally Hold tight tolerances in challenging real-world conditions Set up, operate, and maintain specialized machining equipment at customer sites Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and customers to develop innovative solutions Maintain the highest standards of safety, quality, and professionalism What's In It for

Have:
5+ years of manual machining and/or field machining experience Experience operating Bridgeport mills and manual engine lathes Ability to read and interpret blueprints and machining specifications Precision measuring experience using micrometers and inspection tools Knowledge of cutting tools, materials, feeds, speeds, and machining processes Experience with rigging, hand tools, and power tools Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
The Musts:
High School Diploma, GED, or HSED Valid Driver's License Willingness and ability to travel extensively Comfortable using mobile applications for timekeeping, expense reporting, and project documentation OSHA 10 Certification (provided) Forklift Certification (provided)
IPM Overhead Crane Training Certification Preferred:
Technical degree Journeyman certification Previous field machining experience
