CNC Machinist Brodhead, KY | Right-to-Hire | Full-Time Precision. Skill. Opportunity. Are you mechanically inclined and enjoy working with precision equipment? We're seeking a CNC Machinist to join a growing manufacturing team in Brodhead, KY . This is a Right-to-Hire position, offering the chance to prove your skills and become a permanent member of the team.
What You'll Do:
Set up and operate CNC machinery to cut, shape, and form metal components to precise specifications. Perform machine shop operations using mills, lathes, grinders, jig borers, shapers, and other machining equipment. Install and secure tooling, fixtures, cutting tools, and workpieces. Adjust machine controls, speeds, feeds, coolant flow, and cutting depths. Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings. Inspect finished parts using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other precision measuring equipment. Document inspection results and ensure products meet quality standards. Identify and report material defects or machine concerns. Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment.
