In this role, you will operate CNC lathe machines to produce precision parts, contributing to our commitment to innovative and efficient production techniques. You will work in a dynamic environment where advanced technology meets skilled craftsmanship to create groundbreaking solutions for a diverse set of industries. Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC lathe machines to produce parts as specified by project plans and blueprints. Inspect and measure finished products to ensure they meet specifications. Adjust machine settings to provide the best outcome and troubleshoot issues during the machining process. Continually maintain equipment, performing regular checks and minor repairs to ensure optimal machine performance. Collaborate with a team of engineers and other machinists to optimize production processes and contribute to the development of new manufacturing approaches using AI and robotics technology. Required Skills Proven ability to operate CNC lathe machinery with precision Strong understanding of blueprints and mechanical drawings Basic maintenance and troubleshooting of machining equipment Good communication skills to work effectively in team settings Adaptability to new technologies and techniques in machining
