Repeat high-volume tasks with excellent consistency and quality. Read prints, apply GD&T, and document inspections accurately. Support and learn setups alongside seasoned machinists. Leverage core machining know-how and controller functions to keep production moving. Run multiple machines within a cell for maximum output. Share knowledge—coach operators on repeatable processes. Pitch in with other duties to help the team win. Bring these qualifications High school diploma required; CNC-related technical diploma preferred 2+ years' machining experience Comfort with precision gauges and hand metrology Strong math and mechanical aptitude Growth mindset and willingness to learn Technical strengths GD&T fluency CNC tooling knowledge G-code/M-code fundamentals Precision measurement Production setups Manual machining basics Schedule and location Employment type: Full-time, 2nd shift
