CNC Machinist Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, and other machining equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions
• Load raw materials and monitor machine operations to ensure quality production
• Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections using precision measuring instruments
• Make machine offsets and minor program adjustments as needed to maintain product quality
• Change tooling, fixtures, and machine setups according to production requirements
• Identify and troubleshoot machining issues and report concerns to supervision
• Maintain accurate production and quality records
• Perform routine machine maintenance and keep equipment clean and organized
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures Requirements for

CNC Machinist:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous CNC machining experience required
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Experience using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and indicators
• Basic understanding of machining practices, tooling, feeds, and speeds
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Frequent use of hands and arms to operate machinery and handling equipment
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift
• Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, machinery, and metal materials
