Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions Select and install tooling Make tool and offset adjustments Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, indicators, and other measuring equipment Perform first-piece and in-process inspections Troubleshoot machining and quality issues Make adjustments to maintain part quality and dimensions Follow safety and quality procedures What We're Looking For CNC machining experience Experience setting up and operating CNC Vertical Machining Centers Ability to read blueprints Ability to use precision measuring equipment Understanding of machining tolerances Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Reliable attendance and a good work ethic HAAS experience and CNC programming/editing experience are preferred, but not required.
