What You'll Do As a CNC Machinist, you'll play an important role in producing high-quality precision components from start to finish. Set up and operate horizontal and vertical CNC machining centers Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications Read, interpret, and troubleshoot G-code programs Load and install tooling, fixtures, and workholding Set tool offsets and make machine adjustments to maintain part quality Perform first-piece inspections and in-process inspections Use precision measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges Identify and troubleshoot machining issues Make adjustments to improve part quality, cycle times, and overall efficiency Maintain tight tolerances and consistently meet quality requirements Work with team members to identify opportunities for process improvement Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys solving problems. You'll be a great fit if you have: CNC machining setup and operating experience Experience working with horizontal and/or vertical machining centers Ability to read and understand G-code Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings Experience using precision inspection and measuring equipment Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Excellent attention to detail A commitment to producing quality parts Dependability and a strong work ethic A willingness to learn, improve, and share your knowledge with the team Manufacturing or CNC technical education is a plus, but hands-on machining experience is highly valued.
