Key Responsibilities:
Precision Machining:
Operate state-of-the-art Mazak VMC, HMC, and 5-axis machines to produce high-tolerance parts.
Programming Expertise:
Develop and optimize CNC programs using G-code or CAM software.
Setup and Optimization:
Set up and adjust machine tools, fixtures, and tooling to maximize efficiency.
Quality Assurance:
Inspect parts using precise measuring instruments to ensure they meet stringent quality standards.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify and implement innovative solutions to improve processes and reduce costs.
Safety First:
Adhere to strict safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Ideal Candidate:
Proven Experience:
Minimum of 1 years of hands-on CNC machining experience.
Technical Proficiency:
Strong understanding of GD&T, blueprint reading, and machining processes.
Skilled Operator:
Proficiency in operating CNC machines, setting up tools, and using measuring instruments.
Problem-Solver:
Ability to troubleshoot machine issues and implement effective solutions.
Team Player:
Collaborative mindset and willingness to work as part of a team.
