Job Description

Deburrer Green Bay, WI | Full-Time | $18-$20/hr |First Shift 7am - 3:30pm About the Role We are hiring a Deburr Technician to support finishing operations in a manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, and the ability to work with precision while supporting production goals. In this position, you will help ensure parts meet quality standards by performing deburring and finishing work, reading blueprints and specifications, and working closely with the production team. Candidates who enjoy hands-on manufacturing work and can work independently while staying team-focused are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities
  • Perform deburr and finishing operations to support production schedules
  • Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and customer specifications
  • Perform quality work while maintaining accuracy and consistency
  • Use conventional measuring tools and techniques to verify specifications
  • Support team goals and maintain production flow
  • Maintain tools and equipment as needed
  • Assist with training new deburring employees
  • Follow safety procedures in a fabrication shop environment
  • Complete additional duties as assigned Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent education and experience
  • Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Self-motivated with ability to work under minimal supervision
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Positive attitude and adaptability in a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to repeatedly lift up to 30 lbs, with team lifting for heavier items
Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
