Produce precision components that meet quality and customer specifications. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and job instructions. Use precision measuring tools including calipers, micrometers, and gauges. Perform machine adjustments and tooling changes as needed. Inspect completed parts to ensure quality standards are met. Work closely with engineering, quality, and production teams to improve processes. Maintain a safe and organized work area.
