Job Description
About the Role We are looking for a dedicated Precision Machinist to join our production team. You will be responsible for transforming raw materials into high-precision components by leveraging your expertise in both CNC and manual machining to drive manufacturing excellence. Responsibilities Configure and manage CNC and manual equipment to achieve precise component fabrication. Translate complex technical drawings and blueprints into actionable machining sequences. Optimize machine performance through proactive monitoring and real-time adjustments. Ensure equipment longevity by performing consistent preventative maintenance. Partner with the production team to identify and resolve technical bottlenecks. Uphold a high standard of workplace safety and operational organization. Maintain detailed production logs to ensure traceability and quality compliance. Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma or equivalent. Demonstrated proficiency in CNC and manual machining operations. Strong command of G-Code and M-Code programming. Expertise in utilizing precision measuring tools including calipers and micrometers. Solid understanding of machine setup and changeover procedures. Preferred Skills Technical degree or specialized machining certification. Advanced experience with complex machine setups for high-volume production runs. Strong analytical mindset for troubleshooting mechanical issues. Proven ability to communicate technical requirements within a collaborative team.
