CNC Machinist Shift:
Hours may vary
Pay:
$25-$28/hr. (Based on experience) We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join our weekend shift team. This position is ideal for candidates with CNC lathe and mill experience who can work independently in a small crew environment.
Operate CNC lathes and mills, including equipment such as DMG Mori, Fuji, Mazak, Murata, and Okuma.
Read and interpret blueprints, job orders, and tooling instructions.
Perform tool changes and adjust machine offsets.
Set up machines (setup experience is a plus).
Inspect machined parts using micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring equipment.
Verify finished products meet customer specifications.
Replace worn tooling and remove tooling upon job completion.
Move materials and finished parts to designated locations.
Maintain accurate production and inspection records.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of CNC machining experience preferred.
Experience operating CNC lathes and mills.
Knowledge of CNC controls, tool changes, offsets, and machining processes.
Machine setup experience is a plus.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
Proficient with micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other inspection equipment.
