• ? What You'll Be Doing
• + Setting up and operating CNC lathes and mills on a variety of parts and materials + Editing and adjusting G&M codes at the controller + Reading and interpreting blueprints, specifications, and routings + Performing tool changes and adjusting offsets to maintain tight tolerances + Conducting in-process quality checks using precision measuring tools + Troubleshooting machining issues and making adjustments independently + Following all shop safety procedures and standard operating guidelines •What We're Looking For•+ Proven CNC machining experience in a production environment + Experience operating both CNC lathes and mills + Ability to read and work from detailed blueprints + Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality parts + Ability to work independently with minimal supervision + CNC programming experience is a strong plus Great pay, three weeks PTO, and a permanent seat at a solid shop.
