Job Description
We are seeking an experienced CNC Lathe Machinist, the ideal candidate will have experience programming, operating and setting up Lathes with Sub-Spindles and live tooling. We offer a clean work environment along with modern up to date equipment working a four day work week with overtime available. Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC lathes to produce parts to specification paying close attention to detail.
Read and interpret blueprints and/or work instructions to understand project specifications.
Use precision measuring instruments to ensure accuracy of finished parts.
Ability to make program adjustments as needed to produce parts that meet print specifications.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Manage priorities and adjust accordingly to meet customer needs. Requirements Prior experience operating CNC Lathes.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
A strong understanding of G-Code programing using Fanuc I Series Plus.
Familiarity with Mastercam software is a bonus. Equipment Doosan Lynx 2600SY w/sub spindle and Live Tooling Doosan Puma 31 00SY w/sub spindle and Live Tooling
