Manufacturing Machinist Open Interviews
- Every Tuesday 11am
- 6pm•164 N Lake Street, Neenah•Main Office•July Through end of August.

In this story we are looking for motivated team members to create something tangible, be creative, learn a skillset and problem solve while connecting to the natural beauty of the doors. What will you do? Taking ownership of an automated CNC machine that will cut/shape materials Machine setup/load correct tooling, secure material onto machine bed Enter Data into computer Start Machine and Monitor the process Adjust feed and speed Quality checks using calipers, rulers and tape measure Make small adjustments Solve problems by diagnosing issues Meet company-wide continuous improvement goals. Communicate effectively with coworkers Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area ensuring with OSHA standards. What's in it for you? Starting wage of $21.39/hr with $1.25 shift premium for 2 nd and 3 rd shifts Guaranteed wage of $22.99/hr at 90 days Available shifts on 1 st , 2 nd , and 3 rd shifts Overtime available for the team to help meet production deadlines
