CNC Lathe Machinist Pay Rate:
$35 - $40/hr (Depending on Experience)
Hours:
1st Shift (Mon-Thurs 5:00 am - 3:30 pm)

Amery, WI Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled CNC Lathe Machinist to join our Weekday 1st Shift on a full-time basis. As a CNC Lathe Machinist, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining (CNC) lathe machines to produce high-quality parts and components. This is a critical role in our manufacturing process, and we are looking for someone with strong technical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
Set up and operate CNC machines to perform precision machining operations Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications Use precision measuring instruments to ensure accuracy of finished products Program CNC machines using CAD/CAM software as well as at the machine. Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements/Skills:
Proven experience as a CNC Machinist or similar role Strong knowledge of precision measuring instruments Familiarity with CAD/CAM software for programming CNC machines Understanding of lean manufacturing principles Experience with Mastercam or other 3D modeling software is a plus Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, including GD&T symbols Familiarity with coordinate measuring machines (CMM) is a plus Precision measuring instruments CAD/CAM programming Mastercam or other 3D modeling software Tooling design and implementation Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) If you are a hardworking individual looking to join a growing team, apply today!
