Machine Set Up (Lathes)
Shift:
2nd, (3pm-1am)
Pay:
$24-$30/hr (Based on Experience) We are currently seeking an experienced Machine Setup Technician (Lathes) to join our manufacturing team on 2nd shift. This role is ideal for a detail oriented professional with strong machining knowledge who is looking for long term growth within a stable and supportive company. Candidates who are motivated, dependable, and eager to expand their skill set are encouraged to apply.
Set up and operate computer-controlled machines to perform machining functions on a variety of workpieces
Machine parts according to engineered drawings and specifications with a high level of precision
Interpret blueprints and ensure all work meets quality standards
Maintain machines, tools, and overall work area to ensure safety and efficiency
Communicate process changes, issues, and updates clearly and effectively
Manage workflow and adhere to production schedules to maximize efficiency
Qualifications and Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment or equivalent combination of education and experience
Proven experience with machine setup, specifically Lath machines
