Job Summary We are seeking an experienced CNC Lathe Machinist responsible for setup, operation, and adjustment of CNC turning centers to produce precision components according to blueprint specifications. This role supports production efficiency, quality standards, and continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC lathe / turning centers Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and specifications Perform tool changes, offsets, and adjustments Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision tools Maintain dimensional accuracy and tight tolerances Troubleshoot machining issues and recommend improvements Monitor machine performance and maintain production efficiency Follow safety procedures and quality standards Maintain clean and organized work area Qualifications 2+ years CNC machining experience (lathe preferred) Experience with setup and offsets strongly preferred Ability to read and interpret blueprints Experience using precision measuring instruments Familiarity with controls such as Fanuc, Mazak, Haas, or similar Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay:

Up to $35.00 per hour
