Job Description

Spencer Machine and Fabrication LLC is a family owned business that provides quality parts for businesses across the United States.
Role Description:
This is a full-time Machinist position located in Spencer, WI. The Machinist will be responsible for operating Haas CNC mills and lathes to produce precision parts. Daily tasks include reading blueprints, setting up and operating machines, inspecting finished products for quality assurance. The Machinist will be expected to follow safety procedures and contribute to maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in operating Haas CNC lathes and mills
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
  • Skill in precision measurement and quality control, including the use of calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to follow safety standards and maintain a safe work environment
  • Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members
  • High school diploma; technical/vocational training is a plus
  • Prior experience in a machinist or similar role is preferred
