CNC Machinist Responsibilities :
Prepare and set up CNC machines following established procedures to ensure precision and efficiency. Operate multiple machines within a production environment to meet production goals. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machine operation and performance. Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and inspection sheets to produce conforming parts. Mentor and support fellow operators to develop skills and maintain quality standards. 1st shift
CNC Machinist Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in CNC machining preferred. Minimum of 5 years experience with CNC lathes and mills, including vertical, horizontal, and turning centers. Strong mechanical aptitude combined with advanced math skills, including trigonometry and geometry. Knowledge of GD&T principles and ability to interpret complex blueprints. Willingness to learn, lead, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
