Job Summary To Apply for this Job Click Here Weekend CNC Mill Machinist Lake Mills, WI | Friday-Sunday | $29-$44/hour Including Shift Differential Three days on. Four days off. And an extra $5/hour for working the weekend. We're looking for an experienced CNC Mill Machinist who knows their way around setups, offsets, tooling, and tight tolerances. If you'd rather spend your time actually machining than simply loading parts and pushing a button, this could be a great fit. You'll work with advanced CNC milling equipment producing complex precision components in a quality-focused manufacturing environment. Pay, Schedule & Benefits $24-$39/hour, based on experience +$5/hour weekend shift differential Friday-Sunday | 5:00 AM-5:00 PM Work three 12-hour shifts Medical, dental, and vision insurance FSA and HSA options Employee Assistance Program Paid holidays and PTO Stable, growing manufacturer with advanced machining technology What You'll Be Doing Set up CNC mills and complete production changeovers Make tooling, offset, and work-coordinate adjustments Read, edit, and troubleshoot CNC programs Perform prove-outs and resolve machining issues Inspect finished components using precision measuring equipment Monitor tooling, machine performance, and part quality Complete required production and quality documentation Support preventative maintenance and maintain an organized, safe work area What We're Looking For 2+ years of CNC machining experience Strong CNC mill setup experience Experience with VMCs, HMCs, and/or multi-axis mills Ability to independently perform offsets, adjustments, and prove-outs Strong blueprint reading and GD&T skills Experience with precision measuring and inspection equipment Knowledge of cutting tools, workholding, speeds, and feeds Ability to troubleshoot machining and quality problems Valid driver's license Even Better If You Have Experience with AS9100 or ISO-regulated manufacturing, Mastercam, Esprit, JobBOSS, Epicor, Lean manufacturing, or training/mentoring other machinists is a plus.
