Machinist - 1st Shift The QTI Group - 3.7 Waunakee, WI Job Details $25.48 an hour 16 hours ago Qualifications CNC G-code Programming Full Job Description Our leading partner in drive technology is seeking an experienced Machinist to join their team! This role is ideal for a skilled CNC operator with programming experience who can independently set up, program, and operate machine tools to produce precision parts that meet strict quality and tolerance standards.

Pay:

$25.48/hour (based on experience)

Hours:

1st

Shift:

Monday-Thursday, 5:00 AM - 2:30 PM & Friday, 5:00 AM - 9:00

AM Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC machine tools Write, edit, and optimize CNC programs Perform machine setups and make program adjustments as needed Perform daily operator maintenance on machine tools Inspect finished parts to ensure quality and accuracy Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Qualifications:

Previous CNC machining experience required Programming experience is required Strong understanding of machine setup, tooling, and precision measurements Ability to stand for the majority of the shift Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality #indMMIS
