As a Production Associate at our manufacturing facility, you will assist day-to-day operations and Production Leads on the shop floor, ensuring products are made safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. You'll help produce quality products, drive continuous improvement and assist throughout various processes and machinery on the shop floor. Key Responsibilities Assist Production Leads on multiple machines during the production process and on end-production packaging. Monitor production timing and orders to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets. Maintain and upkeep machinery; help diagnose issues as they arise to avoid downtime on the floor. Identify process bottlenecks and recommend initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and lower costs. Abide by safety protocols and quality standards. Collaborate with team to minimize downtime and ensure all equipment is calibrated and operating. Enable smooth shift changes, ensuring clear communication of priorities, issues, and action items. Qualifications 1-2 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing or production environment. Previous experience in printing press environments preferred. High school diploma or GED required Forklift Certification preferred.
