βš™οΈ Experienced Manual Machinist πŸ’° Earn $30.00 - $40.00 per Hour! πŸ“ Gillette, WY | Full-Time | Shop-Based Position πŸ”© Do you take pride in precision workmanship and creating quality parts the right way? We're looking for an experienced Manual Machinist who enjoys working with traditional machining equipment and has the skills to produce high-quality components with accuracy and attention to detail. What You'll Do As a Manual Machinist , you'll set up and operate conventional machining equipment to manufacture and repair precision metal parts while maintaining strict quality standards. Key Responsibilities βœ… Set up and operate manual lathes, milling machines, drill presses, grinders, and other shop equipment βœ… Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, specifications, and work instructions βœ… Measure, inspect, and verify completed parts using precision measuring tools including: Micrometers Calipers Gauges βœ… Select the correct cutting tools, feeds, and speeds for various materials βœ… Maintain tight tolerances and ensure parts meet exact specifications βœ… Perform routine machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting βœ… Deburr, polish, and finish parts as needed βœ… Follow all workplace safety procedures βœ… Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area What We're Looking For πŸ”Ή Previous experience operating manual machining equipment is required πŸ”Ή Strong understanding of machining principles and shop mathematics πŸ”Ή Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings πŸ”Ή Experience with precision measurement tools and maintaining close tolerances πŸ”Ή Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills πŸ”Ή Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing quality work πŸ”Ή Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects πŸ”Ή Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Why Join Our Team? βœ”

Pay Details:
