Job Title:
Production Associate Job Description The Production Associate works in an indoor manufacturing environment, supporting hose and pipe production through hands-on tasks such as coiling, wrapping, labeling, stacking, and material movement. This role offers on-the-job training, including machine operation for assembly, and provides a clear path to grow into an extrusion operator in the near future. Multiple shifts are available, including a first shift from Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and a third shift from Monday to Friday, 12:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. Responsibilities Work as part of a team to coil hose, wrap products, label items, and stack finished goods on pallets. Operate production and assembly machines after receiving on-the-job training. Move finished products and materials using a sit-down forklift to designated staging areas. Palletize products and perform manual material handling in a production environment. Follow established manufacturing procedures to support consistent, high-quality hose and pipe production. Use basic hand tools, power tools, and air tools safely and effectively during assembly and production tasks. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper handling and storage of tools and materials. Adhere to all safety guidelines, including proper use of personal protective equipment and safe operation of forklifts and machinery. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.40/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
