Job Overview

•This is a seasonal role that will run through the end of the year but has potential to turn into a permanent role.

•We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Embroidery Machine Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating industrial embroidery machines to create high-quality embroidered designs on a variety of materials. Your expertise will ensure precise stitching, adherence to quality standards, and efficient production workflows. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the creation of custom apparel, upholstery, and promotional items while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Responsibilities Set up and operate embroidery machines, ensuring proper threading, calibration, and maintenance for optimal performance Interpret design specifications and transfer digital embroidery files accurately onto fabrics or materials Monitor machine operation throughout production runs, making adjustments as needed to maintain stitch quality and consistency Inspect finished products for embroidery quality, including stitch density, color accuracy, and placement accuracy in accordance with quality standards in production Handle materials carefully, including fabric handling and manual fabric cutting when necessary, to prevent damage or misalignment Maintain a clean and safe workspace by following safety standards in production and handling equipment responsibly Document production details such as dimensional measurements and embroidery specifications for quality control records Qualifications Experience operating industrial sewing machines, embroidery machines, or similar manufacturing equipment is preferred but not recquired. Attention to detail is a must. Familiarity with measuring instruments and dimensional measurements to ensure precision in design placement Understanding of fabric materials and their handling during the embroidery process Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality standards in production processes Join our team if you're passionate about craftsmanship, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are eager to produce exceptional embroidered products! Pay:

$14.00 - $19.00 per hour
