Job Overview We are seeking a motivated Twister - Heatset Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate heatset twisting machinery to produce high-quality textile products, ensuring adherence to safety standards and quality specifications. Your expertise will help maintain efficient production workflows and uphold our commitment to excellence. Duties Operate heatset twisting machinery with precision, monitoring machine performance throughout the production process Conduct quality inspections of finished textiles, including visual color comparison and measuring material properties against standards Interpret production documents and technical drawings to ensure correct machine setup and operation Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery to prevent downtime Handle materials using appropriate handling equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks while adhering to safety protocols Maintain accurate production records, including data entry of production metrics and quality checks Follow manufacturing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety standards during all tasks Experience Prior experience operating textile machinery or similar manufacturing equipment preferred Knowledge of quality inspection techniques and standards in production environments Mechanical knowledge related to machine operation and troubleshooting Familiarity with measuring instruments, visual color comparison, and interpreting technical drawings Basic math skills for measurement calculations and data entry accuracy Warehouse experience or familiarity with materials handling equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks is a plus Commitment to safety protocol adherence and understanding of lean manufacturing principles Join our team as a Twister - Heatset Operator and contribute to producing top-tier textile products in a dynamic, safety-focused environment.
