Night Shift Job Summary We are hiring dependable Machine Operators and Line Operators to join a manufacturing team on the night shift. This is a great opportunity for candidates with manufacturing, production, machine operation, or assembly experience. Responsibilities Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment. Set up and load materials or components into machines as needed. Monitor the production line to ensure products meet quality standards. Inspect finished products for defects or quality issues. Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and production guidelines. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Record production information and report equipment or quality issues to supervisors. Meet established production and attendance expectations. Perform other general production duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous manufacturing, production, machine operation, or line operation experience is preferred. Ability to work a 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM night shift. Strong attendance and reliability. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Good attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be able to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. Why Apply? Starting pay of $15.00/hour+ , based on experience.
