Strong attendance, reliability, and dependability. Good problem‑solving skills and sound judgment. High attention to detail and quality of work. Ability to learn technical repair and assembly procedures. Willingness to be cross‑trained across multiple job functions. Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. Complete tasks according to manufacturing schedules with minimal supervision. Follow all safety practices and utilize proper PPE at all times. Stand and walk for up to 12 hours per shift, performing frequent bending, stooping, and repetitive movements. Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs regularly. Push and pull equipment or materials as needed during the shift. Read and follow drawings, instructions, and assembly procedures.
