Our client, Industrial Manufacturing is seeking a production helper to join their team. As a production helper, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the Assembly Team(s). The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the drive to produce quality work consistently, which will align successfully in the organization.

day and night What's the Job? Assemble components and subassemblies by accurately aligning and connecting parts. Inspect and test completed products or subassemblies to identify defects or functional issues. Calibrate and clean tools, ensuring machinery runs smoothly and efficiently. Record part counts, log test results, and manage materials to minimize waste. Follow strict industry safety protocols, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). What's Needed? Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain accuracy during assembly and testing. Willingness to inspect work carefully and report issues when defects or functional problems are found. Comfort working with tools and equipment while keeping them calibrated and clean. Basic understanding of safe work practices and readiness to consistently use required PPE.
