Our teams contribute directly to the manufacturing excellence of aircraft components and subassemblies for global OEMs.

We are seeking a Structure Technician to join a dedicated team supporting aircraft manufacturing and final assembly operations in Mobile, Alabama.

The successful candidates will be responsible for assembling aircraft structural components and performing adjustment, assembly, disassembly, and finishing operations in accordance with approved drawings, technical documentation, and customer requirements.

This is a hands-on manufacturing position requiring attention to detail, knowledge of aerospace assembly techniques, and the ability to work safely and accurately in a production environment.

Main responsibilities:
  • Read and work from engineering drawings and technical documentation.
  • Prepare and perform aircraft structural assembly activities using appropriate tools and equipment.
  • Perform assembly, disassembly, and adjustment of simple assemblies and sub-assemblies.
  • Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with manufacturing documentation.
  • Install and remove components related to assembly activities, such as flooring.
  • Follow customer and internal procedures and maintain accurate traceability of completed work.
  • Report issues and work progress to the supervisor or manager.
  • Assist with aircraft movements when necessary.

Requirements

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or aerospace environment.
  • Knowledge of aerospace assembly techniques and hand tools.
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings and documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Military or aviation background is a plus.
