Monday to Thursday / 5:00 AM to 3:30PM Pay Range:

Lead the production of innovative upcycled rubber products Master state-of-the-art mixing equipment Ensure top-quality products through precise measurements Participate in our safety-first culture Share your expertise by training team membersWhat You Bring:
High School Diploma / GED, or 2+ years of relevant experience Physical capability to handle materials (up to 55 lbs) Strong attention to detail and quality focus Commitment to workplace safety Team-player mindset Forklift or skid steer experience is a plus!Work Environment & Physical Demands:
This role operates in a high-heat, dusty, and noisy manufacturing setting . Must be comfortable working in an industrial environment. Expect prolonged standing, repetitive movements, and lifting up to 60 lbs . PPE provided. Ready to Make an Impact?
