Utilize lift-assist equipment for products weighing over 40 pounds. Perform repetitive hand movements requiring strong manual dexterity. Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and work in confined spaces when required. Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with varying noise levels and production activity. Job Duties Operate coil winding equipment, including bench lathe machines, Bachi, Broomfield, and hand-winding systems. Prepare transformer coils for assembly and testing through bending, shaping, cutting, sanding, soldering, and wire attachment . Use pneumatic and hydraulic crimping tools to complete production processes. Operate robotic welding equipment and support related manufacturing operations. Perform transformer potting processes using epoxy and silica sand while minimizing material waste. Utilize lift-assist equipment to safely move products throughout production . Participate in inventory counts and material tracking activities. Follow all safety policies, PPE requirements, quality standards, and production procedures. Maintain clean, organized work areas while supporting Lean Manufacturing and 6S initiatives. Assist with additional production and manufacturing tasks as business needs evolve.
