Job Overview General Laborer Unique Powder Coatings, LLC Robertsdale, AL Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Join the Gulf Coast's Premier Powder Coating Team Unique Powder Coatings is seeking a dependable, motivated individual to join our growing production team. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic who enjoys working with their hands and takes pride in producing high-quality work. No two days are exactly the same. Team members are cross-trained in multiple areas of our operation and have opportunities to learn valuable skills in metal finishing and industrial coatings. Responsibilities Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: Sandblasting and surface preparation Hanging and removing parts from production racks Masking and preparing parts for coating Assisting with powder coating operations Loading and unloading customer materials Packaging completed products Operating forklifts (training provided if necessary) Maintaining a clean and organized work environment Following all company safety procedures Performing general shop and warehouse duties Working as part of a team to meet production deadlines Qualifications Reliable transportation Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to lift up to 75 pounds Ability to stand, bend, and work in a physically demanding environment Ability to work safely around industrial equipment Willingness to learn new skills Ability to follow instructions and pay attention to detail Forklift experience is a plus, but not required Manufacturing, construction, welding, fabrication, painting, or sandblasting experience is preferred but not required What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who: Shows up on time every day Takes pride in quality workmanship Has a "can-do" attitude Works well with others Wants long-term employment and opportunities to grow Understands that quality comes before speed Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Overtime opportunities Paid vacation after 6 months of employment On-the-job training Advancement opportunities Stable, full-time employment Modern equipment and professional work environment Why Work With Us?
