Indorama Ventures Mobility Scottsboro Inc., (IVMS) located in Scottsboro, Alabama, is a key manufacturing facility within Indorama Ventures' global network, specializing in high-performance fibers and technical yarns for the automotive industry. The plant is renowned for producing high-tenacity Nylon 6.6 yarns, primarily used in automotive airbag applications.
What we are looking for
Production Operator
Indorama Ventures Mobility Scottsboro is seeking dependable Production Operators to join our Scottsboro manufacturing team.
Pay & Schedule
Starting pay is $22.42 per hour. This position is scheduled for 42 hours per week and operates on 12-hour rotating shifts, with a day-to-night rotation every 28 days.

PTO after 90 working days and paid vacation after 1 year of service Key Responsibilities Inspect and sample tank trucks; collect Bühler and lab samples
Perform job task related to extruder start-ups and shutdowns
Change, wipe, and break down pack assemblies
Clean machine fields and maintain production areas
String up winders; doff, sort, and palletize packages
Change finish containers; band and remove waste boxes
Register yarn breaks and work to eliminate frays
Maintain housekeeping and safety standards Requirements Successful completion of a pre-employment physical and drug screening
Ability to meet a strict attendance policy
