Technical training or manufacturing education is beneficial. Able to read calipers and micrometers Experience Requirements Experience operating manufacturing or production equipment. Ability to read work instructions, production schedules, and basic technical documentation. Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to monitor equipment for proper operation. Ability to perform quality inspections and maintain production standards. Commitment to workplace safety, attention to detail, and dependable attendance. Welding experience preferred Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment while maintaining awareness of moving machinery. Ability to wear required personal protective equipment and work safely in a manufacturing environment.
