Monday - Friday | Overtime on Saturday as needed | Day & Night Shift Available

Laser Operator Requirements:

6+ months of recent bandsaw and CNC machining, and metal fabrication experience required. Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and workplace safety. Ability to learn multiple production processes in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Reliable attendance and transportation; must pass a background check and drug screen.

Preferred:

CNC setup or programming experience, metal fabrication experience, or vocational training in machining/manufacturing.

Laser Operator Job Duties:

Operate CNC laser cutting equipment and machining tools to produce precision metal parts. Read blueprints, work orders, and specifications to ensure accurate production. Perform sawing, bending, drilling, tapping, and basic lathe operations as needed. Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and precision measuring tools. Perform basic machine maintenance, troubleshoot equipment issues, and maintain a clean, safe work area.
