What You Will Do As a Machine Operator you will operate, monitor, adjust, and maintain manufacturing equipment to produce quality products according to production schedules and established procedures. You will inspect finished products, replenish materials, identify equipment issues, perform routine machine checks, maintain production records, and support safe, efficient manufacturing operations. Must be able to read and understand a Work Order. Must understand quality standards and report quality issues to Process Technician Must know and understand all safety rules and regulations. Must know and understand basic control and functions of the machines. Must properly document problems with machines and notify Process Technician and/or Supervisor as soon as possible. Must be capable of operating press efficiently. Must be able to operate material loading system. Must be able to start up and shut down presses Must be capable of learning and performing other assigned duties. Must clean work station before leaving at the end of shift.
