Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to support our manufacturing operations. This role is essential to ensuring production runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Operate production equipment and machinery in accordance with safety and quality standards Assist with assembly, fabrication, and handling of metal tube components Perform basic quality checks to ensure products meet specifications Package, label, and prepare finished goods for shipment Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow written and verbal instructions, work orders, and production guidelines Support team members and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment Perform other duties as assigned to meet production needs Qualifications Experience in a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment preferred Ability to follow safety procedures and maintain a safe work area Manual dexterity and physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift materials as needed Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Basic math and measurement skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team Dependable, punctual, and committed to consistent attendance Experience with tube bending or metal fabrication is a plus High school diploma or GED required
