  • 6 PM Nights | 6 PM
  • 6 AM Monday
  • Thursday | 2 / 2 / 3 schedule Must be able to train on day shift.

Job Duties Operate bagging lines, conveyors, hoists, and production equipment Monitor machines to ensure smooth and safe operation Perform basic troubleshooting and notify maintenance when needed Complete quality checks and record production data Print labels and complete simple documentation Communicate with team members during shift changeovers Use multiple computer systems for tracking and reporting Keep work areas clean and organized Education Requirements High school diploma or GED. Experience Requirements 1 year of recent machine operator or manufacturing experience Basic computer skills Good mechanical aptitude Team-oriented and dependable Ability to read a tape measure Physical Capabilities Comfortable working around moving equipment Climate-controlled facility Clean and organized workspace Standing and walking for 12-hour shifts Lift up to 20 lbs frequently and up to 40 lbs occasionally Occasional exposure to cornstarch dust Steel-toe shoes Benefits Competitive Weekly Pay Comprehensive Benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
