Shift:

1st Shift 7 AM

• 3:30 PM | Monday
• Friday (OT often going in at 5 AM)\ 2nd Shift 3 PM
• 11:30 PM | Monday
• Friday pm (OT often staying until 1:30 AM) 3rd Shift 11 PM
• 7:30 AM | Sunday
• Thursday (OT occasionally on Fridays)

We're Hiring Machine Pros Like You Think you can handle the controls? This Machine Operator job gives you the chance to run the line, solve problems, and earn paychecks that keep stacking. What It Takes 1 year minimum of machine operator experience in an industrial/production environment Good with mechanics, tools, and troubleshooting Attention to detail, steady under pressure Able to lift heavy and power through the day Dependable, safe, and team-focused Daily Responsibilities Set up (computer-controlled) and operate a multitude of Carbide Presses. Load and offload inserts from multiple presses Gage inserts to ensure proper dimensions Scope inserts to verify visual characteristics Pull samples and record inspection results in computer systems Select and weigh Tungsten powder for pressing into green inserts Separate scrap from good inserts and document accurately Scan the correct production information Maintain tooling used in machines, resurfacing as needed Operate other equipment as needed Operators are required to troubleshoot moderate problems
