is a global automotive technology and manufacturing company that develops and produces components that help vehicles and machinery operate smoothly, efficiently, and reliably . About the Position We are looking for a Manufacturing Assembly Operator to join our team. In this role, you will assemble automotive components using a variety of parts and manufacturing equipment. This is a hands-on position that involves repetitive assembly work, quality inspection, packing, and basic computer use . The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, comfortable working with their hands, and able to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality and accuracy. What You'll Do Assemble automotive components, including tensioners, idler assemblies, bracket assemblies, vacuum devices, and valve devices Perform preliminary assembly operations on sub-assemblies Press tensioners and install pulleys Pack finished components into shipping cartons Inspect components to ensure they meet quality standards Enter information into computer systems as required Follow work instructions and safety procedures Maintain a clean and organized work area Equipment You'll Use Air, electrical, and hydraulic-powered manufacturing equipment Basic computer systems and data-entry equipment Other manufacturing tools and equipment as needed What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED preferred Basic computer skills Ability to learn and follow work instructions Good hand dexterity and attention to detail Ability to perform repetitive assembly tasks Reliable attendance and a dependable work ethic Manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus, but not required Physical Requirements & Work Environment Work requires standing and walking throughout the shift Frequent use of hands and fingers to operate manufacturing equipment and computers Ability to occasionally lift and move bins or parts weighing 10-20 lbs. Work around moving mechanical equipment in a manufacturing environment Quiet to moderate noise levels
