This position involves setting up, operating, and monitoring spring winding machines to meet production goals and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Set up and operate industrial spring winding machines. Monitor production and inspect products for accuracy and quality. Perform machine adjustments, tooling changes, and basic troubleshooting. Read work orders, measurements, and production specifications. Use measuring tools, hand tools, torches, and other equipment. Track production output and complete quality documentation. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Ability to read a tape measure, including fractions and decimals. Experience with machine setups and troubleshooting is a plus. Ability to follow instructions and meet production goals. Reliable, team-oriented, and willing to learn. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs with assistance. Experience in CNC operation, metal fabrication, wire forming, or industrial machinery is a plus!

5:30am to 2:00pm Monday -
