Insert cones into garage door torsion springs using coning machines and auxiliary equipment. Complete products to meet customer and quality specifications. Load and organize finished products onto pallets or carts, ensuring proper quantities and labeling. Operate banding equipment and tag pallets for identification. Troubleshoot equipment and ensure efficient workflow, including staging and moving materials. Maintain compliance with safety, housekeeping, and 5S standards. Complete all required paperwork and tracking forms accurately. Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance production efficiency.
